Day 1: A Spark

Today, for the first time since my last weight loss binge I looke down at my body an thought "holy shit, what have I done". Mind you I had just had pot roast and mashed potatoes for dinner with my family. I had followed that up with a dessert of cookie dough and sprinkles. Healthy right??? Never min the bag of popcorn I had at the movies earlier and the scrambled eggs with cheese I had for breakfast. No wonder my body looks and feels horrible.

Today I decided to make a change. I want to see where I am 365 days from today, I want to change my life as well as my body. I know it will be a lot of work but here goes nothing!

Another post tomorrow!!

Here are my short term goals.
1. Lose 15 pounds by day 30
2. Take a 45 minute walk tomorrow
